Common questions
What counts as an active campaign?
Any campaign in DRAFT, ACTIVE, or PAUSED status counts against your limit. COMPLETED campaigns do not count.
What does the platform fee cover?
The platform fee funds creator discovery, metric tracking, payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform operations. It is applied on top of creator earnings — creators always receive the full advertised rate.
How does the fee reduction work?
On the Free plan, 8% is deducted from your campaign budget as a platform fee for each creator earning. On Indie (6.5%) and Growth (5%) plans, you're charged a lower percentage — meaning more of your budget reaches creators or stretches further.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my campaigns if I downgrade?
Existing campaigns continue to run. If your campaign count exceeds the lower tier's limit, you'll need to complete or archive campaigns before creating new ones.
Is there a trial period?
There's no trial — but the Free plan lets you run a real campaign (up to $5,000 budget) with full feature access. That's a genuine way to evaluate the platform.
What is the annual billing discount?
Annual billing saves 20% — equivalent to two months free. Indie goes from $49/mo to $39/mo (billed $468/year). Growth goes from $149/mo to $119/mo (billed $1,428/year).
Are creator accounts free?
Yes. Creators browse, apply, submit posts, and get paid entirely for free. Creator Pro ($9/mo) is an optional add-on for analytics, early campaign access, and placement improvements.
